# Cài đặt email ten\@tenmien

Hiện có khá nhiều dịch vụ cung cấp giải pháp hỗ trợ việc tạo email cho tên miền riêng như <contact@nhanh.vn>. Bài viết này sẽ hướng dẫn bạn cách tạo email dạng này, sử dụng dịch vụ do Zoho cung cấp. Nhanh.vn sẽ liên tục cập nhật các giải pháp khác để khách hàng tham khảo và lựa chọn dịch vụ cho phù hợp.

Tại thời điểm viết bài này, Zoho đang cung cấp 1 gói Free cho 25 Users, ngoài ra bạn có thể tham khảo dịch vụ Gmail (có mất phí) của Google [https://www.google.com/work/apps/business/pricing.html](https://gsuite.google.com/pricing.html).

**Bước 1:** Truy cập [tại đây](https://mail.zoho.com/orgsignup.do?plan=free), nhập địa chỉ tên miền của doanh nghiệp, bấm nút **Add**.

**Bước 2:** Nhập các thông tin cần thiết, sau đó bấm nút **Sign Up**.

**Bước 3:** Thêm giá trị CNAME vào trang cấu hình DNS của tên miền (xem hướng dẫn [tại đây](https://manual.nhanh.vn/pos/website/gioi-thieu/cach-tro-ten-mien)). Sau khi đã thêm giá trị CNAME xong, quay trở lại Zoho và bấm nút **Proceed to CNAME Verification**.

**Bước 4:** Bấm nút **Verify Now**.

**Bước 5:** Nhập thông tin cho email tên miền muốn tạo, sau đó bấm nút **OK** để hoàn tất.

**Bước 6:** Sau khi tạo email xong, doanh nghiệp vào <https://accounts.zoho.com/signin> để đăng nhập và sử dụng email.
