# Cài đặt chat Zalo

Bên cạnh Facebook Messenger thì Zalo cũng là một nền tảng nhắn tin phổ biến tại Việt Nam. Sau đây Nhanh.vn sẽ hướng dẫn các bạn cách tích hợp chat Zalo vào website do Nhanh.vn cung cấp.

#### Bước 1

* Truy cập <https://oa.zalo.me/home>, ấn nút **Tạo Official Account**.

#### Bước 2

* Nếu đã có tài khoản Zalo thì đăng nhập, chưa có thì ấn nút **Đăng ký**.

#### Bước 3

* Tạo OA (Official Account) mới tham khảo [tại đây](https://pos.manual.nhanh.vn/pos/cai-dat/gui-zalo-zns/khoi-tao-oa).

**Chờ cho OA được duyệt**

* Sau khi được duyệt thì khi đăng nhập vào <https://oa.zalo.me/home> sẽ hiện OA đã tạo.

#### Bước 4

* Sau khi OA được duyệt, truy cập [tại đây](https://developers.zalo.me/docs/social/zalo-chat-widget) để tạo mã nhúng.

* Click vào **Lấy mã** và copy đoạn mã nhúng đó.

#### Bước 5

* Truy cập vào [tại đây](https://nhanh.vn/website/script/add) để thêm đoạn mã vừa lấy được.

* Ấn nút **Lưu** để lưu lại.

#### Bước 6

* Quay trở lại trang web để kiểm tra xem box chat đã xuất hiện ở góc dưới bên phải màn hình chưa.

#### Bước 7

* Bạn truy cập vào <https://oa.zalo.me/chatv2> hoặc tải app Zalo trên Google Play [tại đây](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zing.zalo\&hl=vi) hoặc App Store [tại đây](https://apps.apple.com/vn/app/zalo-oa-admin/id1336794925?l=vi) sau đó vào Mini App - OA Manager để xem và trả lời các tin nhắn.
